Overview

Overall, I think there is a lot more to the tale then just what meets the eye. We read about a Christian boy that is going to school and wanting to learn English and experiencing culture differences, but I think Achebe has lots of true meaning in writing this tale the way he did, in maybe a reflection of his own personal life that inspired him to write this the way he did.
